Senan °¿¡¯³¢´Ç³Ü²µ³ó±ô¾±²Ô is Executive President, Head of Americas, for »»ÆÞ¾ãÀÖ²¿, and oversees the company¡¯s business lines across North and South America, which include U.S. Individual Markets (comprised of U.S. Individual Life, U.S. Individual Health, and U.S. Financial Solutions), U.S. Group Reinsurance, »»ÆÞ¾ãÀÖ²¿ Canada, »»ÆÞ¾ãÀÖ²¿ Latin America, TAI, and the Americas Institutional Markets¡¯ pension risk transfer business. He leads »»ÆÞ¾ãÀÖ²¿ Americas¡¯ diverse teams of professionals and oversees the region¡¯s end-to-end strategy, from capital deployment and client partnerships to product innovation and operational execution. Senan is a member of »»ÆÞ¾ãÀÖ²¿¡¯s Executive Committee. 

Senan joined »»ÆÞ¾ãÀÖ²¿ in 2021 as Head of U.S. Mortality Markets before serving as Head of U.S. Individual Markets, where he led »»ÆÞ¾ãÀÖ²¿¡¯s U.S. individual reinsurance business.  

Senan draws on 30 years of senior management experience with insurance and reinsurance companies across three continents. Most recently he served in senior roles with Swiss Re, including Head of Sales and Client Engagement for U.S. life and health operations and Regional Head of Strategy and Operations, Americas. Senan also worked at AIG-AIA in Hong Kong as Regional Head of Actuarial, Asia Pacific Life Operations, with responsibility for actuarial operations in India, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, and Korea. He began his career in Ireland as a trainee actuary at Hibernian Group (now Aviva), where he went on to work in a variety of management roles focused on strategy, marketing, valuation, and product development. 

Senan received an MBA from the Michael Smurfit School of Business, University College Dublin, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (FIA U.K.), and a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries of Ireland (FSAI).
