Ryan Barker is Vice President, IT Finance & Investment Solutions, »»ÆÞ¾ãÀÖ²¿. Prior to his current role, Ryan served as Senior Project Manager of the Data and Analytics team for »»ÆÞ¾ãÀÖ²¿X, the wholly-owned innovation incubator subsidiary of Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated. There he specialized in project management, reinsurance operations, process improvement, business architecture and analysis.
Ryan joined »»ÆÞ¾ãÀÖ²¿ in 2004 and held several positions of increasing responsibility as a Business Analyst and a Project Manager, culminating in Project Manager and Business Operations Architect for »»ÆÞ¾ãÀÖ²¿¡¯s Target Operating Model Initiative (TOM). Ryan was integral in developing the strategy, business case and roadmap for TOM, and then implementing many of the program¡¯s stages in close coordination with IT.
Ryan has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington University in St. Louis, with a major in finance and international business and a minor in Spanish. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
